ICICI Lombard wanted to host a formal leadership learning event for the best performers at the same time as hosting a conclave for their most valued customers. We were set the challenge of turning it into a quintessentially international experience.

The 43rd U.S. President, George Walker Bush was invited to be the keynote speaker.

The iconic Tajmahal Palace Hotel, played host. To make it a special affair an inspiring luncheon meet was curated for the Specially-commissioned vehicles transported the expectant guests to the venue. On arrival, a roaming acoustic band and two Royal Guards at the door. The stage was set.

Inside the venue, a simple celebratory stage was created with luminous lights. Walls were tiled with instantly recognisable
directional signs. Photo booth, Live music from a tribute band. With bunting overhead, a huge bar glowed warm orange. An experiential event with surprises around every corner.
